Tomtom tech support staff tried and failed to resolve this issue on my Windows 10 laptop. I'd never had this issue before! In desperation, I borrowed a macbook air, downloaded mydrive connect and hey presto, I downloaded all updates! I think Windows 10 has had a recent software update that has made my laptop incompatible with mydrive connect? If your computer is running Windows 10 or 8 in 32-bit mode, click here. We recommend downloading the file to your computer by clicking Save. Once the download is complete, click Run. If you accidentally close the Download complete window, locate the file TomTomHOME2win.exe on your computer and double-click it.
